Birdstep SmartConnect connection manager is licensed to Nokia smart phones. The software is available to owners of the supported and may be pre-installed to some new devices. SmartConnect removes the access complexity and brings the user just one click away from internet access.

Please notice that SmartConnect will not implement the Mobile IP features, which are available in SafeMove – Birdstep’s mobile for enterprise customers.

Very good access point . Works fine all the time, BUT with voip. It does not support voice over it (for instance can not be used in native SIP or Nimbuzz).

I suggest you to create 2 “virtual access point”: WiFi Only (groups only your WiFi access points) and WiFi First (groups all your access points, but WiFi having ).
And then pre-configure these 2 virtual points in all apps (but the voip ones). If you do not have flat 3G, in apps that demand lots of data you can use the WiFi Only. For all others you use the WiFi First.
